Maria Kokolaki is a member of the Athens’ Bar (October 2014). She joined chambers as an apprentice in February 2012.
Maria is also admitted to practice law in France, having passed the exam of the Paris Bar School (École de Formation du Barreau de Paris) (May 2016).
Maria attended the Sorbonne University, in Paris France, where she was admitted to the Master Degree in Public Business Law (Master 2 en Droit Public des Affaires, Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne)(September 2014). She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law in Athens, Greece (“Ptychion” in Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) (February 2012).
Maria’s practice focuses on public contracts including work, supplies and services procurement, administrative law, regulatory and civil law.
She has rendered her services to the National Health Insurance Fund (Caisse Nationale d’ Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés, May 2014 – February 2015) and the law firm of Maitre Jean-Jacques Israël (September – December 2015), where she dealt with questions and cases concerning the assignment and the execution of public contracts as well as competition law and regulatory issues.
