We have been representing Greek and Foreign companies participating in public tenders in Greece, both under domestic and EU rules. We have also been consulting the Secretariat General of Commerce for the rationalisation of central procurement (of goods) and the organisation of e-tenders. Legal services have been also provided in regard to privatisations (esp. of Essential Facilities, e.g. A/Ps).
